First, Smelting Blower Introduction
Smelting Centrifugal Blower can be widely used in various types of Smelting Blast Furnace , as well as the transportation of gas. The series products have high efficient, low noise, stable operation. It is convenient to install, operate and maintain.
Second, Type description
The series blowers have two kinds. One is Multi-grade, single-absorption, Double-support structure, the use of coupling transmission, air inlet and outlet are vertically upward direction, from Electromotor depends, Blower rotor is rotated counterclockwise. The other is Multigrade, single suction, double bearing structure, air inlet and outlet are vertically downward, from Electromotor depends, Blower rotor to rotate clockwise
The machine shell is made from foundry iron. Impellers are welded with high strength alloy steel. It is stable to operate.
The series Blower adopts gliding axle, pressure oil supplying for lubricants. The number of the lubricants are 22 and 30. The lubricating system includes: Main oil pump, electric pump, fuel tank, oil cooler, filter and high fuel tank .
